Those beat mastery skills are absolutely ridiculous....
Anyway, there are a few skills in there that are in the game right now with a different name, or at least highly related.
But some of those things, if changed up a little, I'd like them in the game.

Soooooo Overpowered. Make it an Elite at the very least. why? well, an elite such as Elemental Attunement will allow you to spam this skill, especially without the recharge!, and the fact that it lasts for 10 seconds... meaning it can be stacked very easily as well as interupting?
I think this in its current configuration is too overpowered, maybe if they balance this first.

The skill is overpowered even if the skill gets a little bit balanced it still will have the random factor , which I don't like , plus ele's already have enough AoE skills.

That's sad, have you checked the skill Confusion? I SERIOUSLY what that skill mecanic, one way or another! Imagine on that 2x dmg warrior boss opening the fight with his elite attack?

Well with the current e-managment skills they would need to add a recharge (for the PvP version at least).
But ASSUMING it was balanced (which was never out of question), that would be an interesting spike/aoe twist for Air magic. Plus the random factor!!

I wonder why they did not had it. Mesmers have been crying for that skill since SSpirit was first unlocked (ok ok maybe just since faction release).
I mean, that is exactly the kind of skill they should have put instead of Ether Nightmare.

i went through the list of skills twice and only found 4 that could be reasonable to put in. either it's crappy, does fit in the current game, or is insanely overpowered, like trying to balance it would either kill the skill or have to the concept of the skill

Which four are you contemplating? I can see quite a few skills being put in, with the exception of those made redundant by other skills.
